Cedar Draw Residence, Park City       

Located adjacent to the Olympic Park, the house both engages the trail system and provides views of the Park City ski resort in the distance. A house for four provides domains of privacy while celebrating communal areas.  These distinctions are reflected in the dynamic roof geometry.

The family is actively engaged in the community and landscape. There are large storage areas for athletic equipment and a workout room surrounded with  panoramic views. The natural landscape has been restored suggesting the most minimal intervention on the site as though the house has always been there.
